- Drink plenty of water.

- Warm water over hot... When bathing choose warm water over hot. It is not as drying and is more natural.
- Follow a daily regimen... Apply products at regular times like after showering or before bedtime to allow ample time to penetrate the skin.
- Don't neglect certain areas of the skin. Elbows, heels, neck, and knees need moisturizing, and your scalp and the tops of your feet need sun protection
- Exercise regularly... It increases the flow of nutrients and oxygen to the skin, which will give skin a natural, healthy glow.
