There is no definitive time table to shampoo. As often as necessary depending on how quickly the hair and scalp becomes soiled is a good rule of thumb.
However, if you have extremely dry hair then you should consider limiting how often you shampoo to prevent over dryness.
STEP ONE
Start with clean hands and drape yourself with a wet drape and towel for protection.
STEP TWO
Examine the scalp for any abnormal conditions such as abrasions or infections by pre-brushing the hair. This will also serve as an opportunity to loosen dirt, debris and stimulate blood circulation.
STEP THREE
Using a little bit of water wet hair. Please note DO NOT SOAK YOUR HAIR WITH LOTS OF WATER. Pay close attention not to wet the whole face and deposit too much water in the ears.
STEP FOUR
- Apply an ample amount of STRONGENDS HYDRATING & STRENGTHENING shampoo in the palm of your hands and rub together to distribute . Apply to front , middle and back of hair and rub into hair for even distribution.
- With balls of fingertips use rotary movements with a massaging technique over the entire scalp moving from front to back and sides.
iii. If the technique is correct you will feel it in your forearms. It delivers a relaxing soothing effect. Running fingers through hair in a combing effect will help to keep hair in an untangled state.
- Before rinsing, squeeze suds through the hair and down the hair shaft to ends to remove debris .
- Rinse with warm water and repeat the process.
STEP FIVE
If hair is clean, towel dry with a terry towel for maximum absorption. Dry hair by patting and moving the towel in one direction to lessen the possibility of roughing the cuticle backwards. Comb through from ends to root to detangle and proceed with STRONGENDS SUPER RECONSTRUCTOR for deep conditioning. Finish off with STRONGENDS LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER
PLEASE NOTE HAIR IS AT ITS WEAKEST STATE WHEN WET SO BE GENTLE WITH THE DETANGLING PROCESS!
