Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please add 2-4 days to the courier company estimated delivery date.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedule offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING in the 48 states in the continental U.S. for merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes).  For shipments totaling less than $50, Biocare Labs offers a Flat rate Fee of $5.99 which is normally shipped USPS Priority Mall Standard Shipping.  Express delivery charges are based on the weight, city and state.

Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. 

Processing Time:

  • Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed the following week. (Orders received on Friday after 3 pm Central Standard time will be processed on the next business day).

 Only USPS Shipments Can Be Delivered to P.O. BOX:  At this time we do not ship to APO & FPO.

  How to Check Your Order Status

A shipping Confirmation number will be emailed to you once your order is completed and processed.  Please use the tracking # to sign up for alerts with the carrier to keep track of your order.

About A Missed Package Delivery

  • You will be responsible for keeping track of your package and making arrangement with the carrier if you will not be available to receive your package in person. USPS normally will the leave the package at the door or porch and usually will not redeliver a package unless they are instructed to do so by you the recipient.

 If A Package is Returned

 If a package is returned back to our warehouse due to an incorrect address Biocare Labs will not be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package. Nor will Biocare Labs be responsible for shipping cost to resend a package for an incomplete address (missing unit number or apartment number etc.).

Lost or Stolen Package 

 Biocare Labs is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered. It is very important to keep track of your package.

  • If you do not receive your package within 2 weeks and you believe that you Package is lost, please call us at 1-708-496-8657. Our Customer Service team will follow up with the carrier to initiate the investigation process.

 What To Do If You Receive an Incorrect Items, Damaged or Missing Items

 You should e-mail us immediately at to file your claim. Claims should be submitted within 5 days from the date you received your package. You will then be instructed by a Customer Service Representative.

Incorrect Items – If an item(s) was shipped in error by Biocare Labs we will be happy resend the correct item as long and the unwanted item(s) have not been opened or used. Please contact for further instructions

Missing Items- Please contact for further instructions.

Damaged items - Please do not discard damaged items unless you are instructed to do so by our customer service department.  (A Photo of the packaging and the damaged item(s) will be required and may be necessary to process replacement or refund).

Returns & Refunds

We strive to please our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unopened for a refund. We regret that we are unable to refund any original shipping charges that you paid unless the return was a result of our error.

Please note: We can process returns, exchanges and refunds only for items purchased on the website.

  1. Packages must be returned freight prepaid.We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries or assume responsibility for lost return shipments. The buyer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. It is recommended that you ship your return via an insured service with tracking system such as those offered by United Parcel Service (UPS), Unites States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express, etc.

  2. Before making a return,please send an email to our Customer Service Department at within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. Include your order number and the reason you want to return the item(s).

  3. A Customer Service representative will reply to your message and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and a return shipping label.
  4. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be accompanied by a copy of the Order Summary & Invoice. You must return the merchandise within ten (10) calendar days after the RMA number is issued. If the merchandise is not delivered to our warehouse within the authorized time period, the RMA will be canceled.
  5. We recommend that you pack your return item (s) in the original shipping carton if it’s in good condition. Otherwise, pack your return item (s)in a sturdy, well-padded box to prevent damage in transit.
  6. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the carton, clearly printing your return name and address in the upper left corner, and our address in the center section of the label. 

Your Return Authorization Number must be clearly printed below our address.

Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), you will receive an email notification. You can expect your refund to be processed within 14 business days of our receiving your return. It will be credited to the same credit card used for your original purchase. Depending on the financial institution, it may take two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


If we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you via by phone or via email of the item that is out of stock.  A refund will be submitted back to the credit card that was used for purchase for the unavailable item (s).
